The company Sands China , a subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands , has announced the successful closing of one of the next projects to be developed in the prestigious area Cotai Strip, located on 3/macau-limita-la-construccion-de-casinos / “> Macau. This is a complex that will have an initial investment of $ 1.75 billion.

“The completion of the Shangri-La, Traders and the Sheraton is a major step to diversify Macau's economy and achieve the potential reach of this city when it comes to entertainment industry,” said Sheldon Adelson, chairman of Las Vegas Sands and Sands China.

The completion of this second phase is planned for early 2012. The third phase of this project has not yet been announced.

The list of properties in China Sands Macau is not only limited to complex and casinos . The company currently owns the Four Seasons Hotel and a number of apartments on the outskirts of Macau .
